Do I have to be a WebSP client to use this?

No — we take on maintenance for sites we didn't build, subject to a review of the codebase. If the site is built on modern technology (Next.js, React, Django, Shopify) we can support it. We'll assess before committing.
What counts as a 'content change'?

Updating text, swapping images, changing prices, adding or removing a service, updating contact details — anything that doesn't require writing new code. Development work (new features, structural changes) comes out of your monthly development hours.
What if I need more development hours than my plan includes?

Additional hours are billed at our standard rate, agreed upfront. We'll always flag if a request will exceed your monthly allocation before starting — no surprise invoices.
Can I cancel?

Yes. Give us one month's notice and we'll do a clean handover — documentation of everything, credentials, and a summary of the current state. No lock-in.
What's the response time for urgent issues?

For Business and Growth plans: same day, usually within a few hours. For Essential: next business day. For genuine emergencies (site down, checkout broken), we treat it as urgent regardless of plan.
Does this cover the AI agent?

Yes — the Business plan includes AI agent knowledge updates. If you change prices, add services, or update policies, we update the agent's knowledge base as part of the monthly plan.
