Do I have to pick one service?

Not at all. Many clients start with a booking system, then we add a full website around it. Or start with a website and add a booking system later. We'll recommend what makes sense for where you are now.
What's the payment structure?

50% to start, 50% on delivery. We don't ask for everything upfront — you only pay the second half once you've reviewed the finished build and are happy.
How long does each service take?

Booking systems: 2–3 weeks. Websites: 1–2 weeks. Shopify stores: 2–3 weeks. AI agents: 48 hours. Timelines depend on how quickly we get content and feedback from you.
Can I combine services for a discount?

Yes. If you need a booking system plus a full website, we can quote the combined project — it's usually more efficient than building them separately. The AI agent + booking system bundle is £1,499 (saving £101 vs buying separately).
What's the difference between the AI agent and Lyro or Tidio?

The main differences are branding and accuracy. Lyro puts 'Powered by Tidio' on your chat widget — ours carries only your brand. More importantly, we train the agent specifically on your business: your exact prices, your policies, your team. Generic platforms often get details wrong. We also handle updates — if your prices change, just tell us and we update it the same day.
Can I cancel the AI agent monthly plan?

Yes. No long-term contract. Give us a month's notice and we remove the widget. The £400 setup fee is not refundable, but the £50/month plan has no minimum commitment.
