Does this include the Shopify subscription?

No — you pay Shopify directly for your plan (Basic is £25/month, which is sufficient for most small businesses). Our fee covers the design, build, and setup. The ongoing Shopify cost is separate and goes directly to Shopify.
How many products can you import?

Up to 50 products are included in the base price. For larger catalogues, we quote based on volume — importing 200+ products is more time-intensive and will be priced accordingly.
Can I update products myself after launch?

Yes — Shopify's admin is designed for non-technical users. Adding products, updating prices, managing stock, processing orders — all straightforward. We include a handover walkthrough so you know how everything works.
Do you build custom Shopify apps?

We can build custom functionality using Shopify's API and metafields. If you need something specific — a custom bundle builder, a subscription model, a bespoke checkout modification — tell us and we'll quote.
What's the difference between this and a template build?

A template build uses a pre-made theme and customises colours and logo. Our build starts from your brand and builds the theme to match — your layout decisions, your typography, your component design. The performance and brand coherence are substantially different.
Can I migrate from another platform?

Yes. We can migrate products, customer data, and order history from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, or BigCommerce to Shopify. Data migration is quoted separately based on the volume involved.
