Will my clients have to learn a new system?

From a client's perspective it looks and works just like any other online booking flow — pick a service, pick a time, enter your details, done. There's no account to create and no app to download. Most clients won't notice the difference except that it's faster and on your website.

Can I keep using Booksy while you build the new system?

Absolutely. We build your new system in the background, and you switch over on launch day. There's no downtime and no disruption to existing bookings.

What happens if WebSP closes down?

Nothing changes for you — because you own the code. Your booking system runs on your server, under your domain, completely independently of WebSP. This is the fundamental difference from Booksy: if Booksy closed tomorrow, every salon on it would lose their system that night.

Does the new system do everything Booksy does?

It does everything you actually use. Service selection, date and time picker, deposits, email confirmations, SMS reminders, cancellation logic, and a full admin dashboard. The one thing it doesn't have is Booksy's marketplace — but the marketplace is also the thing that shows your clients competitor salons, so most owners are glad to lose it.

What about Google Calendar and other integrations?

We can integrate with Google Calendar so appointments sync automatically. We can also set up Stripe for deposit payments. Let us know what you currently use and we'll build for it.

How long does the switch take?

We typically build and deliver in 2–3 weeks from the kickoff call. The switch itself — updating your website's booking link — takes about 10 minutes.

What if I have multiple staff members?

A multi-staff setup is included. Each stylist or therapist gets their own calendar, clients choose who they book with, and you see all appointments in one admin view.

What's the ongoing cost after I switch?

There's no platform fee. Hosting costs roughly £5–10/month depending on traffic — you pay this directly to the hosting provider, or we handle it as part of our optional £75/month support plan. Either way, it's a fraction of what Booksy costs.
